These terms are a simple draft for the Reflekt website and app presence. They should be reviewed and finalized before public release.

About the website

This website is informational. It presents Reflekt, its design, and its product features. The website itself is not the place where users create journal entries or store the app's private media library.

Using the app

Reflekt is intended for personal journaling, reflection, memory organization, reminders, highlights, and trend exploration. Users are responsible for how they use the app and for any content they choose to create, store, export, or share.

User content and ownership

Journal entries, highlights, titles, media, and related content remain the user's content. Based on the current app structure, media and metadata are stored locally on the user's device unless the user explicitly exports or shares content using the features provided by the app or operating system.

Highlights and media reuse

Reflekt Highlights can be built from media that the user has already added in the app. A highlight may have a custom title, may contain multiple pages, and users may create multiple highlights without the website limiting that process.

Purchases

This website does not process subscription purchases. If premium or subscription access is offered, the purchase flow is handled inside the iOS application on the user's device and may be subject to Apple's App Store terms.

Availability and changes

Features, designs, languages, and product details may change over time as Reflekt evolves. The website content may be updated to reflect the current app release.

Review before launch

Because final hosting, analytics, App Store configuration, and jurisdiction choices affect the right legal language, these terms should be reviewed before publishing publicly.
